Is board-certified in Radiation Oncology.
Dr. Patel graduated from Stony Brook University School of Medicine in NY in 2010. She completed her residency training in radiation oncology at the University of Maryland Medical Center in June 2015. She joined the Radiation Oncology Healthcare group thereafter. She is a member of the American Society for Therapeutic Radiology and Oncology.
During her training, Dr. Patel gained expertise in treating all sites with various techniques, her areas of particular interest include:
- breast cancer
- head & neck malignancies
- SBRT
- palliative care
